Program Name and Business Description

  • Help to Moms Program Description: The Help to Moms is designed to provide supportive, educational, and informational text messages to pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and caregivers who voluntarily opt in. Message content may include, but is not limited to: postpartum wellness tips, maternal mental health resources, appointment or event reminders, product or service updates, community support announcements, and other non-emergency informational messages relevant to maternal and family well-being. Messages may be transactional, informational, or occasional promotional in nature.

Opt-In and User Consent

  • By opting into the Help to Moms, you voluntarily consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Help to Moms at the mobile phone number you provide. Consent is obtained through compliant opt-in methods, including a web forms. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message Frequency and Fees

  • Message frequency varies based on user interaction and program activity, but typically does not exceed four (4) messages per month. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from Help to Moms and for any messages you send to Help to Moms.

Opt-Out Instructions

  • You may cancel the Help to Moms SMS service at any time. To opt out, simply text the keyword STOP to the sending phone number. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your unsubscribe request. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Help to Moms unless you re-enroll.

Rejoining Instructions

  • If you previously opted out of the Help to Moms SMS Program and wish to rejoin, you may do so by signing up again through the original opt-in method (such as the website form or QR code) or by texting an approved opt-in keyword where applicable. Upon re-enrollment, you will resume receiving SMS messages in accordance with these Terms of Service.

Help and Customer Support

  • If you experience issues with the SMS messaging program or require assistance, you may reply with the keyword HELP to any Help to Moms message for automated support information. You may also contact our support team directly.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed SMS messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider and network availability

Privacy Policy

  • Help to Moms respects your privacy. Information collected through the SMS Program, including your mobile phone number, is used solely to deliver program messages and provide customer support.
